 Oktay Bayramov
He is a Deputy Director General of Public Television and Radio Broadcasting Company of Azerbaijan. Graduated from Nakhchian State University named after Y. Mammadaliyev. He received qualification courses at State Management Academy under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, journalism courses at US Department of State. He has work experience at "Sovetskaya Nakhichevan" newspaper, at humanitarian department and press office of Supreme Majlis of Nakhchivan AR. He worked as reporter and editor-in-chief at AzerTag news agency and was AzerTag's special correspondent in Turkey and Arabic Countries.
Under the order issued by the president , he was awarded Taraggi (Progress) Medal. |
 Ali Abbas Guliyev
He is a Deputy Director General of Public Television and Radio Broadcasting Company of Azerbaijan. He was born in Baku in 1958. Graduated from Azerbaijan Pedagogical Institute of Russian Language and Literature named after M.F.Akhundov. He worked at Azerbaijan's state-run AZTV at different positions between 1979-2013. |

He is director of Coordination and Programming at Public Television and Radio Broadcasting. He studied at faculty of Philology of the Baku State University. He worked as editor, editor-in-chief, chief of department and deputy director general. He worked as deputy director general at ANS TV and progam director at Lider and Culture TVs. He is a member of the Azerbaijan Union of Journalists and Cinematographers. He was endowed with the title of Honored Art Worker. |
 Anar Yusufoglu
He is Director of “Analytical Programs” Department in Public Television and Radio Broadcasting and graduated from Azerbaijan State Pedagogical University. He worked in “ANS” and “SARA” TV channels, “525” Qazet, and “Law” scientific journal. |
 Jasarat Valehov
He is Director of the “Science and Education Programs” Department in the Public Television and Radio Broadcasting Company. He graduated from West University and received a Master from Management Academy under President of Azerbaijan. He also received a Master of International Relations from Azerbaijan University and graduated from a postgraduate course of Baku State University. He is a senior teacher in West University, and a PHD of Philology. He was a research worker at the Institute of Philosophy, Political and Legal Studies at Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences. |

 Saida Musabayli
Saida Musabayli studied journalism in Baku State University. She started her media career in Azerbaijan's state-run television(AzTV) when she was a student. After finishing the university, Musabayli began to work as correspondent, presenter and editor of the morning program in AzTV. Since 2005 she is head of Morning Programs department. She was named as "Female journalist of the year" and received an award named after Jafar Jabbarli and special awards of the Republic of Kyrgyzstan and TURKSOY. |

He is Director of “Literature and Art” Department in the Pubic Television and Radio Broadcasting Company. He graduated from the faculty of philology at Tbilisi State University. He is a writer, Georgia State Award winner and Cavalier of Honor. His first job he began in Georgia State Tele-Radio Broadcasting Committee as a journalist in 1985. He was promoted to deputy head of Regional Policy and Management Service of Georgian President. He is a member of Writers Union of the Republic of Azerbaijan and Coordination Council of World Azerbaijanis. |

Guliyev Jamil Elshad oglu was born in Baku in 1963. He graduated from Filmmaking Faculty of All-Union Institute of Cinematography. He has worked as production director in “Azerbaijanfilm” cinema studio since 1984. He is author of several literary, documentary, short films and wrote story-lines for “mozalan” satirical journal. Films directed by him participated in foreign festivals. He is docent at Azerbaijan State Culture and Art University. He is honored the title of Honored Art Worker.
