Azerbaijan agrees to return of Lachin and Kelbejer within 5 years

This issue is being delayed because of Armenian position

Russia has put forward proposals on returning Lachin and Kelbejer, said Minister for Foreign Affairs Elmar Mammadyarov. However, the minister has not given information about the proposals. The minister has said that the proposals will be discussed during Almaty meeting with his Armenian counterpart Edward Nalbandian. www.itv.az
