Central Bank begins work on lower mortgage interest rates

Central Bank of Azerbaijan is working to reduce interest rates of mortgage credits. CEO of Central Bank Elman Rustamov said they intend to make housing more affordable for low-income families. The experience of Turkish banking system can be useful in this issue.
