Peter Semneby is on a visit to Baku

EU Special Representative for the South Caucasus Peter Semneby held a number of meetings in Baku. He had meetings with the foreign minister Elmar Mammadyarov and heads of political parties. The theme for discussion was pre-election state in Azerbaijan.
