The first semi final of the contest will take place in the “Telenor Arena”
in the Norwegian capital Oslo. In this semi final Russia, Moldova, Bosnia and
Herzegovina, Estonia, Finland, Latvia, Serbia, Slovakia, Belarus, Germany,
Belgium, Greece, Island, Macedonia, Malta, Poland and Portuguese will compete
