"Carçı film" Production

"Jarchi fim " Production is a film ( TV series, documentary or telefilm) producing department.  More that 500 feature and documentary films have been presented to audience within five year activity. Full-length films about minorities, historical monuments of Azerbaijan, Novruz and New Year as well as life and activity of prominent figures of Azerbaijan were aired on Ictimai at different times.

The program is about 1859 earthquake in Shamakhi which turned out Baku a center of guberniya

The program is about the constrction of Istiglaliyet Street ( former Nikolayevsk) which is one of the main streets of Baku.

features of the building of Presidium Board of Azerbaijan's Executive Office known as Ismaillie Building

The program is about West countries' plans to bomb Baku for its oilfields

The program is about one of the oldest streets of Baku-Azerbaijan Avenue (former Bazarnaya street)

The program is about the construction history inclduing  attempts to burn the theatre in 80s.  

The projects to be filmed in future 

The film is about Karabakh khanate, a number of military attacks to this territory, the fight of founder of the khanate Penahali khan and his successor Ibrahimkhalil khan against foreign oppression. The program also covers the history from the establishment of Karabakh khanate to its collapse-the signing of Gulustan and Turkmenchay contracts between Iran and Russia. The key purpose of the film is to deliver facts saying that Karabakh khanate is native land of Azerbaijan, based on historical facts and documents and sources written at that time. The screenplay of the film describes the fight of Russian, Iranian and Ottoman states to invade the  Caucasus including Karabakh, as well as provocative actions of Armenian leaders who tried to benefit from the situation. The film based on the historical fact shows that Armenians moved to these lands from Iran and Turkey only many-many years after the establishment of Karabakh khanate. The film is for a mainstream audience. The film story has been taken from "Karabakh history" by Mirza Jamal Javanshir, "Karabakhname"  by Mirza Adigozal bey and the historical novel "Iki od arasinda" (between two flames) Yusif Vazir Chamanzaminli.  Idea - Ismail Omarov, screenplay- Ismayil Omarov and Elman Qadirli and consultant - Head of Karabakh History Section of History Institute of Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences PhD of History  Qasim Hajiyev.  The film will be directed by Haji Abdul Mahmoudbekov.  Music by Arif Melikov, Set designer - Tahir Tahirov.  

The film has 7 series. Running time, 60 minutes per episode. At present the screenplay of the film is still under preparation. Casting of actors has began for the film. It is planned to involve the famous actors of the country in the film. The film will be shot in pavilions mostly. Some of the scenes will be shot in nature.      

 

TV series 

The film covers the history beginning from 80s to the present day . The events such as 20 January,  Karabakh war and  etc. will be filmed.

Screenplay-Ismayil Omarov and Rafig Samandar. Director-producer-Javid Tavakkuloglu. The film will be shot in different regions of Azerbaijan,  Russia, Turkey and Dubai.  Starring-Eldaniz Rasulov, Abbas Qahramaov and others.    

F irst, soviet days, later calls for democracy are described in the film.  

 

It is a psychodrama. The principal character of the story is a professional journalist named Osman. Once upon a time a limousine began following   Osman everywhere he goes. This car leads him to death. Why the car is red? and why Osman becomes the victim of a red car?  You will find answers to these questions soon. 

     

Though we get married after falling in love each other, we begin to argue and it becomes a part of our life. Insurance companies are afraid of insuring families to protect them from future conflicts. Every married couple wants peace, love and happiness in marriage. Unfortunately, many of the marriages end in a fiasco.  The film tries to find an answer to the question "why the divorce rate is  so ? 

Traffic accidents have increased in Azerbaijan, in particular in Baku  over the last years.  Unfortunately, most of them  result in fatalities.  According to surveys, Baku is in the second place after Moscow in the CIS area for the highest rates of tarffic accidents. 70 or 75 percent of traffic accidents happen in the capital.  The film will survey the reasons of teh accidents.

2.  Bakı vaxtı Qosha Qala Qapisi ( Double Fortress Gates)

The film is about the consntruction history of the fortress, its importance the city defender  and the demolishion of one of the fortress walls.

The film is about the construction history and current state of Azerbaijan State Art Museum which is known as Baku's rich man De Burr's mansion

Five episodes

Illicit drug trafficking is one if the transnational organized crime putting the whole  mankind under threat. Incomes from drug business, which is one of the benefiting crimes, are directed to finance the terrorism over the world. The danger for Azerbaijan comes from Afghanistan. 

Considerable progress has been made in the sphere of fighting against transnational organized crime.  Struggle against illegal drug smugglers has been strengthened. 

The film is about illicit drug trafficking  and struggle against an organized crime.         

Mammad Bagirov closely participated in the liberation of Italy from German Nazism during II World War. After the war Bagirov was awarded Italian Garibaldi Star  Medal and Order of  Honor by Commander-in-Chief of Allied Forces for his heroism in battles. He visited Italy in 1983 at the invitation of the Italian government and attended an international symposium dedicated to the 40th anniversary of the liberation of Piacenza city. Mammad Bagirov accompanied great forerunner Heydar Aliyev in all events during his visit to Italy in 1997.

Topographer, General Ibrahim Aga Vekilov was the first high-ranking military officer in South Caucasus. He had special merits in the military history of Azerbaijan. The map and military plans made by him in the 20th century is still used. 

Vazir Orujov was born in 1956 in Terter region of Azerbaijan.  He voluntarily served in army at the time when Armenian invaders  began military aggression against Karabakh. First he was a commander, then a battalion commander.  Due to his efforts, a plan of attack of Armenians petered out.
