Police detained kidnappers demanding a ransom of 1 million manats

Vadim Quliyev, 35, and his countryman Nikolay Limberg, 34, colluded in advance and kidnapped 25 year old man. They demanded a ransom of 1 million manats from the father of the kidnapped man. Kidnappers released the captive after taking 33000 manats, “Mitsubishi-Pajero”, VAZ-2107”, and jewellery in amount of 4160 manats. Police detained the kidnappers. www.itv.az
